I went to bills yesterday and had a great car wash it all started with a worker named jacky she greeted me with a big smile and was sooooo helpful when my car was done in the wash she came over and made sure I had everything I needed and even offered to help wipe my wet car down such and amazing employee aslong as she’s working there bill will always have a costumer in me great job bills car wash!!!!!

I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude to Gavin for excellent customer service and communication! He took the time out of his busy day to remedy a problem that had been happening repeatedly since the car wash did away with the sticker reader. I would need assistance every time I tried to get my car washed and even though I have a membership, I would skip on getting the car washed because I would not want to go through the hassle. Gavin finally fixed the issue and text me with the update! Thank you, Gavin, for showing excellent support for your customers! I love the service there and love this car wash! Gavin is a great bonus!

THEY HAVE SOME OF THE BEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD WORKING HERE!!!! I am always greeted with a SMILE!!!! I RECENTLY LOCKED MY KEYS PHONE AND WALLET IN CAR WHILE WIPING DOWN. I WAS ON THE WAY TO A CHARITY EVENT, AND INVITE FROM A LOCAL CAR CLUB. AUSTIN I BELIEVE WAS HIS NAME LET ME USE HIS PERSONAL PHONE TO HAVE A LOCKSMITH CONE OUT. THIS YOUNG MAN IS A KEEPER EL CAR WASH YOU NEED TO NAKE HIM A MANAGER OR HiS OWN EL CAR WASH!!!! HE HAS WORKED THERE SINCE HE WAS 15 YEARS OLD!!!! I AM A REALLY GOOD JUDGE OF CHARACTER AND HE WAS SO NICE AND RESPECTFUL HE LET ME USE HIS PERSONAL CELL PHONE TO SET UP LOCKSMITH!!! Friz was a very respectful,understanding and integral man. It’s great seeing people in the workforce who have the heart to serve and to do so with natural intuition. 10/10 service will be back again.
